The objective of the position is to provide complete, structured planning for the organization’s digital presence. The focus here relates to the planning, implementation and analysis of all digital content of the organization. As well as strengthening the professional appearance towards the community and business partners.

Tasks:
Core and main tasks:

1. Independent planning and implementation of all social media activities of the organization as well as efficient future planning in the field of social media.
2. Written and voice correspondence with contractual partners for cooperation purposes and planning of various advertising campaigns.
3. Extensive development analysis to increase social media numbers.
4. Independently develop marketing campaigns.
5. Monitoring, coordinating and implementing all social activities and postings.
6. Receiving and providing administrative and technical information and community inquiries.

Incidental tasks:

1. Briefing with the creative unit of V4 for the optimal design of the social presence.
2. Creating budget plans related around social media campagnes.
3. Answering direct messages in the social media area.
4. Independent research and training in the field of marketing, social media and content creation as well as in the eSports industry scene.
5. Administrative intern tasks.

Requirements:

1. Minimum age of 18 years (Full business and legal capacity).
2. Resident in DACH region.
3. Fluent German in speech and writing.
4. Profound knowledge of English in speech and writing.
5. Profound knowledge in the area of eSports, especially Counter Strike and its accompanying branches like merchandise.
6. Profound knowledge in the use of Adobe Photoshop and possibly After Effects.
7. Profound knowledge in the use of Office 365.
8. Profound knowledge in the use of Social media Scheduling tools. (Crowdfire)
9. Voluntary interest in further education and knowledge consolidation.
10. Interest and willingness to work together in a cohesive team.

Salary:

No matter where, you keep an eye on the V4 community and make sure that it lacks nothing. You also take care of the newly introduced Grinder program where you work together with the respective Esport Management to support them as good as possible.
